What does that mean for our clients?
The partnership between Tocker Associates and Skills International, means we are now more agile and better equipped to help clients adjust to changing labour market needs and global trends.

Ali is a respected and recognised leadership expert who has worked as a leadership coach, facilitator and consultant since 1997. Her areas of expertise include strategic change, business planning, team development, communication skills and individual coaching. Ali is also a leader in the design, development and rollout of leadership and development programmes for large organisations. She has worked with a variety of public sector, local government and private sector clients in all aspects of organisational development.
Sarah is an experienced facilitator and coach who has worked throughout New Zealand across all sectors, focusing on systems leadership, people development, planning, organisational change and long-term development strategies. She is a sought-after expert and advisor for teams and individuals making challenging shifts. Sarah works with public, private and not-for-profit organisations to support people who create and lead large scale change.
Lynnda is a learning and development professional with strong management and consulting experience, particularly in the government sectors. She is skilled in business relationship management, consultation, adult learning theory, and facilitation. Lynnda is a certified workplace trainer and assessor, and is also Lominger accredited. She holds degrees in Applied Science and Business and is currently studying Positive Psychology and Psychology at Work.
