Te Pukenga operating model

Te Pukenga have developed their new Operating Model and will be shortly going out to consultation.  The Operating Model provides a high-level view of the functions and services that Te Pukenga will deliver.

Consultation will be running from 18 October through to 8 November. 

The Operating Model, Business Case and Implementation Plan are due to be presented to the Minister by the end of the year.
