How to enrol and pay
Enrolling in your programme
To enrol in a real estate programme, you must complete a training agreement and programme schedule.
- You can find these linked below, or your agency may give you a personalised agreement to complete.
- Please send your completed agreement via freepost to our postal address (Freepost 5164, PO Box 24469, Royal Oak, Auckland 1345) or via our registrations email.
- You must send a copy of your proof of identity and residency with your completed agreement
If you are enrolling in the Salesperson programme, you must have a current Employment Agreement or Contract of Engagement with a licensed Real Estate agency. You will need to contact your preferred agency directly and arrange your employment or engagement. Our Customer Service team can supply a sample Contract of Engagement if required. You may pay by direct credit or credit card.
Once we have received your training agreement, programme schedule, related documents, and payment, you will receive an email with login details to the My Skills online portal. This contains all your study resources and materials.
